Thought-Leading Pediatrician Set to Lead Organization to a New Level

Perimeter Healthcare, a national operator of acute psychiatric hospitals and residential treatment centers for children, adolescents, and adults is delighted to welcome Steven Merahn, MD FAAP as its Enterprise Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Merahn will support Perimeter’s clinical operations and help manage initiatives related to quality, outcomes.

Dr. Merahn is trained in both pediatrics and adolescent psychotherapy. He is a veteran physician-executive with an established track record of outcomes-oriented leadership in the design, planning implementation and operations management of transformational multi-stakeholder health and human services systems.

Dr. Merahn has worked in Federal and State policy and regulatory environments, transforming policy into actionable programs with measurable impact on key target audiences with special focus on systems design and value-based care delivery for patients with complex care and behavioral health needs.
