Vivmark Residential’s Credit Rating Upgraded to ‘A’ by S&P Global Ratings

NYSE: VMRK) today announced that S&P Global Ratings raised the Company’s long-term issuer credit rating to ‘A’ with a stable outlook. Vivmark Residential is one of only four REITs with an ‘A’ rating from S&P Global Ratings.
